Specialty coffee is not a label. It is a standard of care.
At Mesho, we believe remarkable coffee begins long before roasting. It starts with origin, variety, process, harvest quality and the people behind every lot.
We select specialty Arabica coffees for character, sweetness, structure and balance, then roast in small batches in Chantilly, Virginia. Our goal is simple: preserve what makes each coffee distinct while creating a cup that is expressive, approachable and worth returning to.
Specialty coffee is commonly evaluated on a 100-point scale. Mesho's current quality focus is 86+, with careful attention to freshness, roast development and the individual story of each origin.
